Fridge – New Waterline Install Incldes up to 20ft (Open Access Required)

Description

This installation package is for a fridge waterline connection that includes up to 20ft of new pex waterline. Customer may request to upgrade the water line to a braided line at additional costs. There must be open access available for the installation to take place (unfinished basement). The unit should be uncrated and placed near the desired install location by the delivery fleet prior to the installer’s arrival. Inspect the unit for visible damage prior to installation. Ensure the electrical cord is unplugged. Disconnect the existing fridge by terminating water source. Provide labour & parts to install shut-off valve if required and up to 20’ of 1/4” pex cold water supply line and fittings from main source to new appliance. Connect the fridge waterline and or installation of the icemaker kit and connections. Purge air from the system as required. Turn on the water source and test unit and all connections for leaks. Ensure the cord is plugged back into the receptacle and properly secured. Relocate and level fridge into opening and test to ensure proper operation. Final clean-up of job site.
